Food today

Breakfast - oats, half a glass of juice (200/40)

Lunch - Two mini bread rolls, two slices of cheese, one egg (120/160/50)

Snack - (between breakfast and lunch, in a few goes) Icecream (skinny cow, 100 cal)

Subtotal -670

Very hungry today. Not sure what else I’m going to eat though. Might have some vegies in a couple of hours.

EDIT:

Mini binge. Not impressed with myself. Shouldn’t have had the fucking icecream, I’ve been craving carbs/sugars ever since.

One bread roll (60), another icecream (100), pumpkin soup (200)

So, daily total is now 1000. I want to do at least 500 DDR, but I honestly don’t know if I can hold out for that much. I’ll damn well try.
